We specialize in hosting weddings, corporate gatherings, private parties, and wellness events, creating unforgettable moments for our guests.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and result -driven Event Sales professional to drive event bookings, develop client relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent networking skills, and experience in selling event spaces or hospitality services.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate leads for weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and wellness retreats.Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, corporates, travel agents, and direct clients.Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to convert leads into bookings.Collaborate with the operations and events team to ensure smooth execution of booked events.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Develop marketing and promotional strategies in coordination with the marketing team to increase visibility.Maintain updated records of sales activities, pipelines, and client communications in CRM systems.Represent Ridhira Retreat at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.Key Skills & QualificationsGraduate in Hospitality, Business, or related field.3–6 years of experience in event sales, banquet sales, or hospitality sales.Strong network in corporate and wedding/event industry (Hyderabad market knowledge preferred).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Goal -oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
