Job description

Atul Engineering Works (AEW) is expanding its dynamic team and looking for an experienced **Sales Representative**to lead our Cable Lugs Division. AEW is a leading manufacturer of high-quality electrical cable lugs and terminals, serving both domestic and global markets, with a strong reputation built over three decades.

**CTC Range: 4 to 7 LPA**

**Preferred Experience**:

- A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in electrical accessories sales.
- Experience managing relationships with utilities and regulatory bodies is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business leads and convert them into sustainable business relationships.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Acquire and maintain approvals from utility companies across India and middle-east.
- Actively engage in customer interactions, understanding and addressing client requirements.
- Develop quotations for clients and have a follow-up on loop.
- Maintain and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure continuous business growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with the company's growth objectives.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, specifically within the electrical cable lugs, terminals, or related electrical components industry.
- Solid technical understanding and experience in securing utility approvals.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven personality.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Strong organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP software.
