Sales Representative - PVC Paver Block Moulds & Construction Moulds

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, specialising in the sales of PVC paver block moulds, PVC tiles moulds, paver moulds, and paving block moulds. This position requires an experienced sales professional with knowledge of the construction industry and manufacturing processes, particularly in concrete paving and tile production.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, paving, and tile manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, tile manufacturers, and paving contractors
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and industry events
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients
- Prepare and submit detailed sales proposals and quotations
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Customer Relationship Management
- Provide technical consultation to clients on mould selection based on their project requirements
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM system
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution

Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs
- Identify opportunities for new product development or improvements

Technical Support
- Understand product specifications, materials (PVC, rubber, plastic), and manufacturing processes
- Explain technical features and benefits of different mould types (I-shape, zig-zag, cosmic, hexagon, etc.)
- Coordinate with production team on custom mould requirements

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial products
- Previous experience in selling moulds, construction equipment, or related products highly preferred
- Knowledge of the paver block and tile manufacturing industry is advantageous

Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of PVC and plastic moulding processes
- Familiarity with construction industry practices and requirements
- Knowledge of concrete paving, tile manufacturing, and interlocking block systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Core Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales with technical products
- Existing network of contacts in construction/manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of export/import procedures for international sales
