**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present accurate quotations, proposals, and pricing as per client needs.
- Follow up with clients on quotations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, service, accounts) to ensure seamless client experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, trade shows, or client visits.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to draft clear and precise quotations/proposals.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
