**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation & Cooking**:

- Assist in preparing and cooking meals to the highest standards.
- Ensure dishes are plated according to restaurant standards and specifications.
- Oversee the execution of dishes in the absence of the Chef de Partie.
- Ensure all food is prepared fresh and in a timely manner.
- **Kitchen Organization & Cleanliness**:

- Maintain cleanliness and order in your section of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
- Monitor the stock of ingredients and inform the Chef de Partie or Head Chef when supplies need replenishing.
- Ensure proper storage of food to prevent wastage.
- **Team Support & Supervision**:

- Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff (commis chefs and kitchen porters).
- Provide support and guidance to other team members in the absence of the Chef de Partie.
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- **Quality Control & Consistency**:

- Help ensure all food leaving the kitchen is of the highest quality, both in taste and presentation.
- Maintain portion control and minimize food wastage.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure that health and safety standards are adhered to, including the proper handling of food and equipment.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and kitchen policies.
- **Other Duties**:

- Assist the Chef de Partie and Head Chef with menu planning and development.
- Help with inventory management and order supplies as required.
- Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
