**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation & Cooking**:

- Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in the assigned section.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and cooked according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Handle ingredients, cooking techniques, and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor portion control and ensure consistency in food quality and appearance.
- **Kitchen Operations**:

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Ensure all equipment is used safely and properly maintained.
- Support the Chef de Partie in managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies as required.
- Prepare mise en place in advance of service to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- **Team Support**:

- Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient service during busy periods.
- Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff (commis chefs).
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen brigade and front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols as outlined by local regulations and company policies.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items to avoid contamination.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen, including floors, work surfaces, and equipment.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure the consistency of dishes by adhering to standard recipes and presentation techniques.
- Perform regular checks to ensure all food products are fresh and of the highest quality.
- **Workplace Efficiency**:

- Contribute to the kitchen's overall efficiency by managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of daily menus or special event catering as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
