**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and support the company’s **ERP system**, including implementation, configuration, user support, and upgrades.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather ERP requirements and streamline business processes.
- Ensure data integrity, access control, and efficient reporting through ERP.
- Oversee integration of **shop-floor machines and systems** using **IIoT technologies** to capture real-time production and operational data.
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to develop automated monitoring and reporting systems.
- Manage **data flow** between ERP, IIoT platforms, and MES (if applicable).
- Implement dashboards and reports for KPIs like machine efficiency, downtime analysis, and productivity.
- Ensure reliability and accuracy of data collected from sensors, PLCs, HMIs, and other edge devices.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong working knowledge of **ERP systems.**:

- Understanding of **IIoT architecture**, machine connectivity, and protocols.
- Familiarity with data acquisition and real-time monitoring systems.
- Experience in manufacturing process flows, production planning, and data analysis.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools is a plus.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Electronics**, **Instrumentation**, **Industrial Engineering**, **Computer Applications**, or related field.
- Certifications in ERP or IIoT platforms will be an added advantage.

**Preferred Industry Background**:

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
