**ERP Knowledge/Experience**: ERP knowledge or software experience will be a plus.

- **Point of Contact**: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and developers for resolving software-related issues.
- **Implementation Support**:Travel across India to manage ERP implementation and ensure smooth onboarding.
- **Troubleshooting**: Provide solutions for technical and operational challenges during deployment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and issue resolutions.

**Job Role & Responsibilities**
- Expertise in configuring and customizing ERP software modules, such as Finance, HR, and Academic’s Modules, to align with client needs and industry best practices.
- Provided comprehensive training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of ERP systems and minimizing disruptions during implementation.
- Proficient in analyzing client business processes and requirements to customize ERP solutions, optimizing workflow and driving cost savings.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills in identifying and resolving issues during ERP implementations, resulting in mínimal downtime and disruptions.
- Implemented robust change management strategies, facilitating smooth transitions to new ERP systems and minimizing resistance from end-users.
- Maintained up-to-date knowledge of ERP industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements to client systems.
- Played a key role in providing end-user training and support during ERP implementations, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
