**Job Summary**:
The ERP Support Specialist will be responsible for providing first-level support to end-users of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of business processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Support**:

- Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues related to ERP system functionality, data entry, and reporting.
- Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of ERP modules (e.g., finance, HR, inventory, sales).
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of user manuals and training materials.
- **Data Management**:

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.
- Assist in data migration and conversion processes.
- Support data backup and recovery procedures.
- **System Administration**:

- Perform basic system maintenance tasks, such as user account management and security updates.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with IT department for technical support and system upgrades.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the ERP system.
- Assist in the implementation of process changes and enhancements.
- **Project Support**:

- Provide support to ERP implementation and upgrade projects.
- Assist in testing and validation of system changes.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with common ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in ERP systems or business process management.
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages..

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
