**Data Entry**: ERP Executives are responsible for entering and maintaining data related to store and purchase activities into the ERP system. This includes inputting information such as product details, quantities, suppliers, prices, purchase orders, invoices, and receipts. Accurate and timely data entry is essential to ensure the system's integrity.

**Data Validation**: They need to validate the data to ensure it is accurate and complete. This involves cross-referencing information from different sources and resolving discrepancies or errors.

**Inventory Management**: ERP Executives often manage inventory data, keeping track of stock levels, reorder points, and product categorization within the ERP system. They may also monitor inventory turnover and obsolescence.

**Supplier Management**: They maintain records of supplier information, contracts, agreements, and performance metrics. This data can help in evaluating supplier relationships and negotiating better terms.

**Purchase Order Management**: ERP Executives create and manage purchase orders within the ERP system, tracking order status, delivery schedules, and ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time.

**Invoicing and Payment Processing**: They may be responsible for processing supplier invoices, matching them with purchase orders, and coordinating payments. This involves ensuring that invoices are accurate and comply with company policies.

**Reporting**: ERP Executives generate reports from the ERP system to provide insights into store and purchase activities. These reports help in decision-making, cost analysis, and performance evaluation.

**Data Security**: Ensuring the security and integrity of store and purchase data is vital. ERP Executives often set up user access controls and data encryption measures to protect sensitive information.

To be successful in this role, ERP Executives need strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, knowledge of ERP software, and an understanding of store and purchase processes. They should also be familiar with data security and compliance requirements relevant to their industry. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are important, as they often collaborate with different teams and departments within the organization.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
