**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage office documentation, file organization, and records maintenance
- Assist in drafting official communication and internal notes
- Coordinate document movement and file tracking using physical or e-Office systems
- Provide support in handling internal and external correspondence
- Schedule meetings, assist with logistics, and ensure smooth office functioning
- Maintain registers, logs, and basic data entry tasks
- Liaise with departments to ensure timely paperwork and follow-ups
- Support officers in organizing files for audits or project reviews
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (minimum requirement)
- **Experience**: Minimum **2 years** in an administrative/office assistant role
- **Skills**:
- Proficient in **MS Office tools** (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of **government office procedures**:
- Ability to handle documentation, file tracking, and coordination independently
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi
- Familiarity with e-Office systems is a plus
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
