**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and data in **MS Excel** (using formulas, pivot tables, and charts).
- Create, organize, and manage office documents, records, and files.
- Assist in preparing presentations, invoices, and other business documents.
- Support general office operations, including handling correspondence and coordination.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of official documents and reports.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).**:

- Strong command of English with excellent **letter drafting and documentation** skills.
- Experience in **report generation, data analysis, and record-keeping.**:

- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 4-5 years of relevant experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Prior experience in a contract or short-term role will be an advantage.

**Contract Duration**: 6 months (extendable based on performance and business needs).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
