**Atlas estates **is currently recruiting for a **Real Estate Business Development Manager **to join the team at our brand new Facility located at **Chennai, TN**. This is a highly visible and impact-full role that will drive performance and play a leadership role in the growing Atlas Estates Client portfolio. Forecasting, financial modelling, trend analyses, property valuation, leasing/re-leasing analysis and negotiation, and oversight of various property management projects and activities are all equally important aspects of this position. You will partner with teams in Leasing, Re-Leasing, Selling and Buying in Secondary markets of Real Estate and Selling in Primary markets of Real Estate.

The **Real Estate Business Development Manager** will get a unique opportunity to interact with HNI’s and property owners and property managers. This includes the preparation of market leasing reports, Market rental projections, market sales value projections, convince the owners for signing exclusive mandate agreement, plan and propose advertising mediums and budgets to the management for such mandates.
This individual will support the company leadership team by developing and leading presentations, and providing metrics and data analysis on a recurring or ad hoc basis if requested. Additionally, there will be the opportunity to bring recommendations on new initiatives that improve outcomes and performance.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Identify and develop relationship with HNI’s and Owner’s/landlords for signing exclusive mandates.
- Develops and implements strategic leasing/marketing strategy plans for each mandate that will help in faster leasing or selling the property, which will essentially help in executing the mandates.
- Evaluates local markets to identify changes and trends, and the related impact on real estate values and investment strategies.
- Actively participates in the negotiations on new leases and sale agreements.
- Reviews and analyses monthly and quarterly statements for each mandates and tracks performance to budget / commitment. Performs routine reporting on property financial performance to executive management.
- Facilitate strong tenant / landlord communication channels.
- Domestic travel is must

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
