Universal Builders & Developers is a reputed construction and real estate company based in Valasaravakkam, Chennai. We specialize in residential and commercial projects with a strong commitment to quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Handle walk-in and online customer inquiries effectively.
Ø Present and promote the company's ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Ø Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and personalized communication.
Ø Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
Ø Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ø Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.
Ø Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales reports, and feedback.
Ø Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Qualifications:
Ø Any degree
Ø Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate Industry.
Ø English Communication should be upper intermediate level.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
