**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and property exhibitions.
- Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Conduct property viewings and site visits.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, including financial options and investment benefits.
- Negotiate offers and close deals while ensuring compliance with legal documentation and company policies.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with developers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain and update CRM/database with leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Provide post-sale services and build long-term client relationships.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Real Estate/Business Management preferred).
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
- Strong sales track record and ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, market conditions, and local regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with high-value or luxury property sales.
- Multilingual abilities (based on location/customer profile).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools for real estate promotions.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
