Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**:

- Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through various channels including cold calling, networking events, referrals, online inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify potential buyers, new development opportunities, and emerging trends.
- Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and open house events.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and investment goals to match them with suitable property options.
- Provide personalized guidance and exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
- **Property Presentation & Sales**:

- Effectively present and showcase the features, benefits, and investment potential of properties.
- Conduct site visits with clients, providing detailed information about the location, amenities, legal aspects, and future growth prospects.
- Skillfully negotiate sales agreements, terms, and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
- **Market Expertise & Compliance**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market conditions, pricing trends, competitor activities, and new development projects.
- Stay informed about relevant real estate laws, regulations (e.g., RERA, local zoning laws), and legal documentation.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with ethical standards and company policies.
- **Documentation & Administration**:

- Prepare and manage all necessary sales documentation, including offer letters, agreements, property details, and client information.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth transaction closures.
- **Reporting**:

- Provide regular and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, market feedback, and achievements to the Sales Manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
