Transaction Management: Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring all documentation and financial arrangements are completed. Coordinate with escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors. Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met during transactions. Lead Generation: Build and maintain a network of contacts to source potential buyers, sellers, and renters. Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries from marketing efforts. Organize and host open houses and property tours to attract prospective clients. Client Relationship Management: Provide high-level customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the process. Maintain long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals. Qualifications: Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson. A valid real estate license (state-specific). Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, neighborhoods, and property types. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficient with MLS, CRM software, and other relevant real estate technologies. High degree of professionalism and ethical standards. Ability to handle multiple clients and properties at once. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. Experience in a specialized area (e.g., luxury homes, commercial real estate). Multilingual skills are a plus. Skills: Strong sales and marketing skills. Superior interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, buyers, and sellers. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
