**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Industry Knowledge**: Understand jewellery market trends, customer demographics, and the role of product presentation.
- **Website Management**: Oversee e-commerce platform operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and site navigation.
- **Data-Driven Decision-Making**: Track KPIs like conversion rates and cart abandonment to refine campaigns and optimize user experience.
- **Marketing Alignment**:Use luxury brand storytelling to enhance brand positioning and elevate customer perception.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, stock availability, and high-quality visual presentation.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of e-commerce management experience, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and experience working with luxury brands and high-value product markets.
- Knowledge of logistics operations, cross-functional team management, and prior experience with a jewellery brand is highly preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
