Key Responsibilities:

- **Product Management**:

- Add, update, and manage product listings on the website, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability.
- Optimize product pages for better user experience and search engine performance (SEO).
- **Website Management**:

- Ensure the website is fully functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
- Monitor and resolve any website issues, such as broken links, payment errors, or product display problems.
- Assist with the integration of new features or tools to enhance website performance.
- **Order Management**:

- Oversee the entire order process, from order receipt to dispatch and delivery.
- Manage returns and refunds in accordance with company policy.
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide product recommendations and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Manage reviews and ratings on the website and third-party platforms.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:

- Monitor and track the performance of online campaigns, using analytics to optimize future efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to update content, banners, and seasonal promotions on the website.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion rates to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate weekly or monthly reports on key performance metrics (e.g., sales, website traffic, customer acquisition).
- Use data insights to recommend and implement strategies for driving sales and improving customer experience.
- **SEO and Online Presence**:

- Optimize product listings, category pages, and other website content to improve search engine rankings.
- Assist in developing strategies to enhance the website’s visibility across search engines and social media platforms.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work closely with the marketing, design, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution of online campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the product and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely stock updates.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail.
- Suggest new features or processes to improve the e-commerce experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
