**Job Title: E-commerce Executive**

**Location**: Saroli, Surat
**Experience**: 1-2 years
**Employment Type**: Full-time

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **E-commerce Executive** to join our team in Saroli, Surat. As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing our online sales channels, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our e-commerce platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing & Optimization**:
Upload new products to various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify), ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
- **Inventory Management**:
Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- **Order Processing & Fulfillment**:
Manage incoming orders, ensure timely dispatch, and oversee the entire order lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Support**:
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and refunds on e-commerce platforms.
- **Performance Monitoring**:
Analyze and track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to improve online sales and customer experience.
- **Platform Management**:
Stay updated with the latest platform policies and ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, listing requirements, and pricing policies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:
1-2 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, preferably with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify.
- **Technical Skills**:
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, order management system ( Unicommerce) and MS Office (Excel proficiency is a plus).
- **Communication**:
Strong written and verbal communication skills for dealing with customers and internal teams.
- **Problem-solving**:
Ability to handle issues related to order processing, inventory management, and customer queries.
- **Attention to Detail**:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in inventory management.
- **Team Player**:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with different departments.
