We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online store's daily operations. This role will involve overseeing inventory management, order processing, customer service coordination, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
Handle order processing, shipping coordination, and returns.
Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance analysis.
Coordinate and execute online promotions, deals, and campaigns.
Work with internal teams to improve the customer experience across e-commerce platforms.
Manage product listings, updates, and content on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Minimum of 1 year's experience listing products in bulk on e-commerce sites.
- strong familiarity with B2C platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Jio, and GlowRoad.
- competence with bulk upload sheets and Excel
- knowledge of keyword optimization and e-commerce

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
