**E-commerce Executive**

**Location**: Althan, Surat, Gujarat

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Ensure accurate and attractive product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and returns.
- Analyze sales performance and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely order fulfillment.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and platform updates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms, preferably Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and online sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or a similar role.
