**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketplace Account Management**: Handle and optimize operations on Flipkart, Amazon, eBay, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
- **Product Listing & Optimization**: Ensure accurate and attractive product listings with high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and relevant keywords to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
- **Order Processing & Fulfillment**: Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery while coordinating with logistics partners.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with internal teams to maintain optimal inventory, and prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- **Return & Refund Management**: Handle return requests, process refunds, and ensure customer satisfaction while minimizing losses.
- **Advertising & Budgeting**: Plan and execute PPC campaigns and promotional activities while optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.
- **Basic E-Commerce Accounting**: Track financial transactions related to online sales, including reconciliation of payments, commissions, and platform fees & Demonstrate expertise in managing orders, inventories, cataloguing products, and other related operational tasks.
- **Sales Analysis & Reporting**: Generate and analyze monthly sales reports to identify trends, assess performance, and recommend strategic improvements.
- **Collebrate with teams**: Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Design, Content, Advertising, Operations, and Customer Service.
- **Reporting**: Cordinate with reporting manager day to day work

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce account handling, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Hands-on experience with product listing, catalog management, and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis, sales forecasting, and reporting
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce management tools.
