Job Title: E-commerce Executive **(Fresher, Female)**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and committed e-commerce executive to become a member of our team. As a new hire, you will collaborate closely with our sales team to respond to client inquiries and assist with closing deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to client inquiries received via WhatsApp and the company's website in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain an organized record of all client interactions and inquiries for follow-up and reporting.
- Follow up with clients who have made inquiries to help convert them into sales.
- Provide clients with necessary information, product details, and any other support they may require.
- Ensure clear and polite communication with all clients, providing them with accurate product details, pricing, and promotions.

**Qualifications**:

- Recent graduates or freshmen in any field.
- Good English skills, both in writing and speaking.
- Comfortable with using WhatsApp and social media platforms for business communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
