**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team at Jogi Gems, a leading diamond and jewelry company. The E-commerce Executive will manage and enhance our online store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers while driving online sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and the luxury jewelry market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **E-commerce Platform Management**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s online store(s), ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Upload and update product descriptions, images, and specifications in line with brand guidelines.
- Optimize product pages for search engines (SEO) and user experience.
- Coordinate with inventory and production teams to manage stock levels.
- **Sales Performance Optimization**:

- Monitor website analytics to identify trends, customer behavior, and areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize conversion rates and enhance the user journey.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns, including sales, discounts, and new product launches.
- **Customer Experience and Support**:

- Ensure the online shopping experience reflects the luxury nature of our brand.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with customer support to resolve e-commerce-related issues.
- **Digital Marketing Collaboration**:

- Work with the SEO and content teams to create engaging, keyword-optimized content.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- **Technology and Trends**:

- Stay updated on e-commerce best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends in the diamond and jewelry industry.
- Suggest new tools, features, or platforms to enhance the online store’s functionality.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a flair for aesthetics, especially in luxury products.
- **Preferred**: Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, or fine jewelry is a plus.
