
Guest Relations Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude as they arrive.
- Manage table reservations, walk-ins, and guest seating efficiently.
- Maintain a pleasant and professional appearance at all times.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing their needs and preferences promptly.
- Handle special requests such as birthday or anniversary arrangements.
- Collect guest feedback and report issues or suggestions to the management.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth flow of operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception/hostess area.
- Be knowledgeable about the restaurant's menu, daily specials, and promotions.
- Assist in social media check-ins, customer engagement, and loyalty program updates (if applicable).
- Maintain guest records and contact details for future engagement and promotions.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in a guest-facing role (preferably in hospitality or restaurants).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (as applicable).
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive body language, and professional grooming.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge (reservation software, POS systems, MS Excel).
- Pleasant voice and approachable personality.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Previous experience in a vegetarian or family-dining restaurant is an added advantage
**Work Schedule**:
- Rotational shifts (lunch/dinner)
- Weekends and public holiday availability required
