**Your Role in Dunzo’s Journey | Supply Associate**

We’re looking to grow our team of support rock stars at our office locations. Dunzo Supply Associates are the face of Dunzo to hundreds of our partners, and we’re looking for people with strong communication and problem-solving skills who operate with a customer-first mentality. In this role, you’ll be expected to share the economic opportunity to new partners, help onboard new partners provide exceptional support to our existing partners, and quickly adapt in an ever-growing business. This is a great opportunity to work with a top-notch Operations team and learn the Dunzo business from the ground up.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver 5-star, in-person support to our partners.
- Walk partners through the on boarding process and all the tools they need to be successful on the Dunzo platform.
- Deliver info sessions to group of new partners to set them ready to drive and to properly use the app.
- Help existing partner-partners troubleshoot any issues they experience (i.e. a delayed payment)
- Help brand the Dunzo name and get partners excited to be on the road.
- Stay on top of new Dunzo policies, procedures, and programs that affect partners.
- Contribute with valuable insights from the business to improve the partner experience through the Operations Team.
