Job Description

We are seeking an Import Associate to manage and coordinate all import-related activities for our EV manufacturing operations. The role involves overseeing documentation, ensuring compliance with import regulations, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process import documentation and shipping records.

Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and customs officials.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Track shipments and resolve any import-related issues.

Maintain accurate records of all import activities.

Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

Knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems preferred.

Experience in EV or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.

Salary:

Salary will be based on experience and skills.
