About Dunzo:
Dunzo is a 24x7 delivery app that makes your city more accessible by getting the best of it at

your doorstep. You can order groceries, food, and medicines, send packages within the city or even

use Dunzo to commute from one place to another. Currently operational in Bangalore, Pune,Kolkata,

Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, and Jaipur.

Your Role in Dunzo’s Journey | Supply Associate

We’re looking to grow our team of support rock stars at our office locations. Dunzo Supply

Associates are the face of Dunzo to hundreds of our partners, and we’re looking for people with

strong communication and problem-solving skills who operate with a customer-first mentality. In

this role, you’ll be expected to share the economic opportunity to new partners, help onboard

new partners provide exceptional support to our existing partners, and quickly adapt in an ever
- growing business. This is a great opportunity to work with a top-notch Operations team and

learn the Dunzo business from the ground up.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver 5-star, in-person support to our partners.
- Walk partners through the on boarding process and all the tools they need to be

successful on the Dunzo platform.
- Deliver info sessions to group of new partners to set them ready to drive and to properly

use the app.
- Help existing partner-partners troubleshoot any issues they experience (i.e. a delayed

payment)
- Help brand the Dunzo name and get partners excited to be on the road.
- Stay on top of new Dunzo policies, procedures, and programs that affect partners.
- Contribute with valuable insights from the business to improve the partner experience

through the Operations Team.
- Maintaining City Supply
- Attrition Control

- Enthusiasm about selling our product to potential partner-partners.

- Ability to quickly and efficiently problem solve and troubleshoot - if you don’t know the

answer, you know where to look and who to ask.
- Ability to identify pain points and propose solutions.
