Job Title: Supply Associate

As a Supply Associate, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding cleaning contractors onto our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to build and manage relationships with contractors in their respective cities.

  • Contractor Partner Management: You will oversee the contractor partner bandwidth, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective service delivery.
  • SLA Monitoring and Escalation Resolution: You will closely monitor SLAs and resolve customer escalations by working closely with the contractor team.
  • Site Visit Scheduling: You will be responsible for scheduling/rescheduling site visits for inspections where required.
  • Service Cost Finalization: You will work with service partners to finalize and document agreed-upon service costs.
  • Customer Success Manager Allocation: You will allocate Customer Success Managers and hand over service activities to the Order Execution team.
  • Delegated Customer Queries: You will ensure that delegated customer queries/concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Timely Service Delivery: You will ensure completion of all service activities within committed timelines, budget, and quality through regular follow-up checks with customers/partners.
  • Fixing and Redoing Jobs: You will decide on fixes/redoing jobs and follow up with partners to execute the same.
  • Partner Payout Approval: You will approve partner payouts post-service completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate/Post Graduate from any institution.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of vendor management experience in cleaning or interiors category.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask with prior experience of working on CRM tools.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on with Microsoft Office & Google Suite tools including Excel, Google Sheet etc.
  • Negotiation and Operations Skills: Knowledge of basic negotiation and operations skills.
