Job Title:

Supply Chain Management Professional

Role Overview:

We seek a seasoned supply chain management professional with strong techno-functional expertise to enhance our team's capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple SCM modules and bridge business needs with technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement supply chain applications for various business functions, including order management, inventory control, purchasing, warehouse management systems, advanced supply chain planning, product lifecycle management, and mobile supply chain applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations and technical designs.
  • Perform technical customizations and integrations using Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and APIs.
  • Support full lifecycle implementations, including setup, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Execute data cleansing, auditing, and migration to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
  • Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including solution designs and process flows.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for users and peer teams.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of order-to-cash (OTC) and procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.
  • Proven experience in functional configuration and technical customizations (PL/SQL, APIs, Oracle Forms/Reports).
  • Exposure to end-to-end implementation projects (new rollouts, upgrades, or major enhancements).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
