Junior Bartender

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Drink Preparation**:

- Assist in preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent service, engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests or concerns professionally.

**Stock Management**:

- Assist in the inventory management of liquor, garnishes, and other bar supplies. Ensure the bar is stocked and organized at all times.

**Bar Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring that glasses, utensils, and bar tools are properly cleaned and sanitized.

**Order Processing**:

- Take orders from customers and input them into the POS system for processing, ensuring accuracy in drinks served.

**Collaboration with Team**:

- Work closely with other bartenders, waitstaff, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure that all drinks are served responsibly and comply with legal drinking age regulations and company policies.

**Learning and Development**:

- Continuously improve bartending skills and knowledge of new drink trends and techniques.

**Guest Interaction**:

- Engage with guests to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience. But freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Energetic and team-oriented personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
