**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service Excellence**:
Provide top-tier service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Team Leadership**:
Supervise and guide junior waitstaff, bartenders, and other front-of-house personnel. Provide support, coaching, and feedback to ensure efficient and smooth service during shifts.
- **Shift Coordination**:
Manage and coordinate the seating of guests, ensuring an even distribution across the restaurant. Monitor the flow of service, ensuring quick turnover without compromising quality.
- **Menu Knowledge & Upselling**:
Have a comprehensive understanding of the bar and kitchen menu offerings, including daily specials. Actively recommend items and upsell to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
- **Handling Orders and Service**:
Ensure all orders are accurately processed and delivered in a timely manner. Assist the kitchen and bar staff to ensure food and drinks are served to the correct specifications and presented attractively.
- **Customer Relations**:
Develop strong relationships with guests, creating repeat customers and fostering a loyal clientele. Take feedback and resolve complaints quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Compliance & Cleanliness**:
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the restaurant. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols and alcohol service guidelines.
- **Cash Handling & POS System**:
Oversee the POS system for orders and payments. Accurately process guest bills, handle payments, and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
