Roles & Responsibility

**Personalized Guest Experience**:Provide highly personalized food and beverage services, anticipating and fulfilling guests' individual preferences.

**Table Setup and Presentation**:Arrange and maintain dining areas with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring tables are elegantly set and the ambiance is inviting.

**Food and Beverage Expertise**:Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to offer informed recommendations.

**Exceptional Guest Interaction**:Engage guests with warmth and professionalism, handling inquiries, feedback, and special requests promptly and courteously**.**

**Serving Etiquette and Protocol**:Uphold the highest standards of formal dining etiquette, including proper table service, wine presentation, and adherence to cultural dining customs.

**Coordination and Communication**:Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders**.**

**Inventory Management**:Monitor and manage inventory of wines, spirits, and other supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies**.**

**Event Support**:Assist in organizing and catering special events, private parties, and functions, ensuring impeccable service and guest satisfaction.

**Training and Development**:Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall service quality of the team.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
