**Job Description
- Technical Footwear Designer**

**1. Graphic Design Skills**
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to create visually appealing marketing materials, branding assets, and digital content.

**2. Footwear Design Skills**
- 2 year Experience in footwear design, particularly in technical women's footwear.
- Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and manufacturing processes relevant to footwear.
- Ability to create sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes of footwear designs.
- Familiarity with industry trends and customer preferences in women's footwear.

**3. Technical Knowledge**
- Understanding of the technical aspects of footwear design, including biomechanics, and comfort.
- Knowledge of CAD software for 3D modeling and rendering of footwear designs.

**4. Creativity and Innovation**
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop unique and marketable footwear designs.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges in footwear design.
- Willingness to stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies in both graphic design and footwear design fields.

**5. Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in graphic design, footwear design, industrial design, or a related field.
- Previous experience working as a graphic designer and/or footwear designer, preferably in roles focused on technical women's footwear.
