**Job Title**: Women Footwear Merchandiser

**About the Company
- **Joyford Retail Ventures Private Limited is an India, Delhi-based entity that deals in the footwear Category on various digital and physical platforms. The company sells footwear under the brand name TRASE.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Vendor Sourcing and Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers within the women's footwear industry.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and favorable agreements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors through effective communication and collaboration.

**2. Production Coordination**:

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely production of purchase articles according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor production progress and address any delays or quality issues to ensure on-time delivery following the right quality and quantity rules.
- Ensure that all the articles have proper size fit as per the industry standard.
- coordinate with the sampling team &vendors for accurate Mould & pattern development.

**3. Costing Management**:

- Analyze product costs and pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate with vendors to achieve optimal pricing.

**4. Coordination with Sampling Team**:

- Collaborate with the sampling team to develop new, trendy designs aligned with buyer preferences and market trends.
- Facilitate communication between the sampling team and vendors to ensure timely development and approval of samples.

**5. IT Skill**:

- Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to maintain accurate records of purchase orders, vendor information, and cost data.
- Generate reports and analyze data for inventory planning, to better decision-making and optimize merchandising strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Footwear Merchandiser, with a focus on women's footwear merchandising.

**6. Salary - **As per the Industry standard

**7. Location -** NSP Pitampura Delhi-34

**8. Working Mode - **Full time (Mon-Sat)
