**Role Overview**:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the cornerstone of our executive team, ensuring that our director’s strategic goals are met with precision and efficiency. This role requires a blend of exceptional administrative acumen, team management expertise, and superior communication skills. Your proactive support will be crucial in navigating the complexities of our fast-paced work environment, including occasional night shifts and weekend availability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**: Lead a team of administrative support staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- **Schedule/Timetable Management**: Oversee the executive’s complex calendar, including scheduling, coordinating, and prioritizing meetings and appointments. Ensure that all commitments are met in a timely and organized manner.
- **Excellent Communication**: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and handling inquiries with discretion.
- **Operational Flexibility**: Adapt to varying work schedules, including night shifts and weekends, as necessary. Ensure that the executives’ needs are met promptly and that all tasks are managed efficiently outside of standard business hours.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role. Experience in a specific industry (e.g., IT, operations, healthcare) is advantageous.
- **Skills**: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in office software (**Excel, PowerPoint,** **Microsoft Office Suite & Teams**) and familiarity with project management tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- **Availability**: Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required. Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and support the executive’s needs beyond regular office hours.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Relevant industry experience that aligns with our sector (IT, operations, healthcare, etc.).
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving with a keen ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
