About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth functioning of schedules.
- Handle travel arrangements including flight/train/bus ticket bookings and hotel reservations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and maintain calendars.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Manage expense reports and other operational requirements.
- Support with personal and professional errands as required.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
