**Your role in our mission**:
- Prepares and reviews training materials, such as tool user manuals, provider user guides, agendas, course outlines, hands-on exercises, PowerPoints, eLearning videos, and LMS training information, etc.
- Establishes and configures new LMS systems.
- Set up user security groups, learning paths, and other LMS tool configurations.
- Ensures eLearning videos adhere to standards, including 508 compliance, and then loads eLearning and training materials into the LMS.
- Ensures ADA/508 compliance in all written documentation related to training and eLearning.
- Manages day-to-day administration, and provides helpdesk support, and vendor support for both the LMS and KE.
- Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
- Prepares and/or quality-assures content of business process models.
- Creates eLearning training videos highlighting features of the LMS and KE.
- Conducts user training on features of the LMS and KE.
**What we're looking for**:
- Intermediate Medicaid Information System product knowledge and best practices.
- Intermediate knowledge of the Medicaid/healthcare industry.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in LMS functionality.
- Intermediate to advanced experience in eLearning authoring.
- Proficient in using Microsoft (MS) Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of handling multiple aspects of a project simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively support multiple subsystems.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability.
