We are looking for a proactive, well-spoken, and organized individual to join our team as an **Admin cum Receptionist cum Telecaller**. This multifaceted role combines front desk responsibilities, administrative support, and outbound calling duties to support day-to-day operations and communication efforts.
**Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and internal coordination.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Support the HR or operations team with documentation and scheduling.
**Receptionist Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Schedule and manage appointments or meetings.
**Telecalling Duties**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers for marketing, feedback, or sales purposes.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
- Maintain call logs and update lead databases.
- Follow up on calls and leads effectively.
**Key Skills & Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in telecalling or administrative roles is preferred.
- Fluency in [insert languages if required, e.g., English, Hindi,
Pay: ₹8,688.91 - ₹22,488.04 per month
