Job Description:
We are looking for a smart and professional Admin Cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations and assist with office administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend visitors & phone calls politely
- Manage front desk, visitor records, and appointments
- Handle courier, mail, and office documentation
- Assist HR & Accounts team in admin-related work
- Maintain office supplies, records & cleanliness
- Coordinate with departments for day-to-day office needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Admin or Reception role
- Good communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Presentable, well-organized & professional attitude
