**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Accounts**:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

2. Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.

3. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

4. Prepare financial reports and statements for review by management.

5. Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.

**Admin**:
1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

2. Manage office supplies and equipment, and place orders when necessary.

3. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

4. Coordinate travel arrangements for staff.

5. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.

6. Handle general office correspondence and communication.

**Compliance**:
1. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.

2. Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho,QuickBooks).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) are a plus.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is desirable.
