**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented **Receptionist & Admin Assistant** to manage front desk operations and support daily administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office functioning and creating a positive first impression for visitors and callers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and handle inquiries efficiently
- Maintain visitor logs, meeting room bookings, and office supplies inventory
- Provide administrative support to HR and other departments as needed
- Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and records
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Ensure the front office area is neat and presentable at all times

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration or similar)
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or admin support role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HR or office management is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,898.32 - ₹12,500.00 per month
