**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Responsible for conducting the English skill training for the new students at the assigned Lighthouse.
- Classroom delivery of English training content to improve students job readiness.
- Conduct timely student assessments.
- Providing individual feedback and mentorships to students.
- Timely reporting back on the progress of training at the Lighthouse to the Master Trainer.
- Contribute the ideas to improve teaching methodologies.
- Sharing training reports as and when required.
- Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.

**Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background**:

- Post Graduate or Graduate any field with 1-2 years of experience in training or teaching preferably in English.
- Must be an energetic individual who loves interacting with students from all walks of life.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent presentation and teaching skills.
- Ability to conduct a batch of 25 to 30 students.
- Strong and empathetic behavior
- Ability to build a strong cultural system and be a role model for the youth/students
- Commitment towards the upliftment of the youth and city transformation

**Location - Bhawanipeth/Dapodi (require travelling to nehrunagar)/Chinchwad.**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
