**Job Title**: Spoken English and Soft Skills Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Spoken English and Soft Skills Trainer for an on-site role. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing individuals' communication abilities and professional skills through engaging and interactive sessions tailored to their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site training sessions focused on improving spoken English, including fluency, grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
- Deliver soft skills training on communication, presentation, time management, teamwork, and professional etiquette.
- Assess learners' skill levels and customize training plans to meet individual and group requirements.
- Develop and update practical and engaging training materials, lesson plans, and activities.
- Provide constructive feedback and evaluations to track and enhance learners' progress.
- Foster a positive, motivating, and interactive learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience as a Spoken English or Soft Skills Trainer is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and tailor training approaches as needed.
- Proficiency in using training tools and methodologies for in-person sessions.

**Job Type**: Full-time/Part-time
**Work Location**: On-site

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
