**Job Title**:Spoken English Language Trainer

**Experience**: min. 3 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive spoken English training sessions, focusing on conversational fluency, pronunciation, intonation, vocabulary, and listening comprehension skills.
- Tailor training content and instructional methods to meet the diverse needs and proficiency levels of participants, ranging from beginners to advanced learners.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and cultural exchange.
- Utilize a variety of teaching resources and interactive activities, such as role-plays, discussions, debates, and multimedia materials, to enhance learning outcomes and engage learners effectively.
- Provide constructive feedback and individualized guidance to students to help them improve their spoken English skills and overcome language barriers.
- Integrate real-life situations, practical communication strategies, and cultural insights into the curriculum to prepare students for success in diverse social and professional contexts.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously enhance and update training materials based on learner feedback, language trends, and industry standards.
- Stay updated on language teaching methodologies, assessment practices, and technological advancements in language education, and incorporate relevant updates into teaching practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching spoken English to adult learners, preferably in a multicultural or international setting.
- Native or near-native proficiency in English, with excellent pronunciation, intonation, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of spoken English language teaching methodologies, including communicative language teaching, task-based learning, and fluency-focused approaches.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse learners and create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Passion for language education and cultural exchange, with a genuine desire to help individuals build confidence and fluency in spoken English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, deliver, and evaluate spoken English training programs.
- Experience with online teaching platforms and virtual classroom technology is a plus.

**Interview Time**: Sunday 12 PM to 3 PM
