**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Spoken English Trainer to conduct offline classroom sessions for students. The trainer will be responsible for improving students’ communication skills, grammar, vocabulary, fluency, and confidence in English.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive offline sessions on Spoken English, communication, and soft skills.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans, practice activities, and role plays to enhance learning.
- Assess students’ performance through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
- Motivate and encourage students to build confidence in speaking English.
- Customize teaching methods based on students’ proficiency levels.
- Maintain class discipline and ensure effective learning environment.
- Stay updated with modern teaching techniques and communication practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English / Communication / Education (preferred).
- Proven experience as an English trainer, teacher, or faculty (minimum 1-2 years).
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students through interactive and practical teaching methods.
- Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹11,925.20 - ₹36,127.32 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
