**Join Our Team as a Spoken English & Digital Trainer**

Are you passionate about empowering youth and enhancing their skills for a brighter future? Lighthouse Communities Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic individual to conduct English and digital skill training for our students at the assigned Lighthouse.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging English and digital training to boost students' job readiness.
- Conduct timely assessments to track student progress.
- Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to help students thrive.
- Report training progress to the Master Trainer regularly.
- Share innovative ideas to enhance teaching methodologies.
- Prepare and share training reports as needed.
- Support team members in fostering a collaborative environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A postgraduate or graduate in any field with 1-2 years of training or teaching experience, preferably in English and IT.
- An energetic and approachable individual who enjoys interacting with diverse groups of students.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent presentation and teaching abilities, capable of managing a class of 25 to 30 students.
- Empathetic and supportive demeanor, with a commitment to youth upliftment and community transformation.
