**Qualification** : BA (English)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct English language training sessions for students, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills.
- Develop and deliver specialized training modules tailored to the needs of students pursuing careers in aviation, hospitality, travel, and customer service.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students and enhance learning outcomes.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and update training curricula in line with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Head of Training & Development to ensure the curriculum meets the needs of the institute and its students.
- Incorporate feedback from students and other trainers to continuously improve training programs.
- **Assessment & Feedback**:

- Assess students' language proficiency and track their progress throughout the training program.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their language skills.
- Conduct periodic evaluations and exams to measure student performance and identify areas for improvement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- B.A in English: 1 year (preferred)
