**About the Role**:
We're looking for a dynamic and motivated **Spoken English Trainer** to facilitate English communication training at our Lighthouses in **Ambivli**. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with youth, is passionate about teaching, and wants to make a meaningful impact through education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive and practical spoken English sessions to youth.
- Enhance students’ workplace readiness and communication confidence.
- Conduct timely assessments and provide constructive individual feedback.
- Mentor and motivate students throughout their learning journey.
- Maintain regular communication with the Master Trainer and report progress.
- Suggest ideas to improve curriculum and teaching methods.
- Maintain training documentation and support team activities as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (English/Education preferred).
- 2 years of relevant experience in English teaching or training.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Energetic and confident in managing batches of 25-30 students.
- Empathetic and approachable, with a passion for youth development.
- Good classroom presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build trust and inspire young learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Based in or near**Ambivli**:

- Available for **immediate joining**
